Caroline and Robert Boller have worked for some of the biggest wineries in the world. At last they decided to set out on their own and open a gastropub focusing on local craft beer & wine, with a small menu of farm to table eats.
The Bollers coach youth track including their second and fourth grade boys. Between them, the boys have earned Santa Barbara County championships in the 100, 200 and 800 meter races.
Caroline was voted #4 ultrarunner in North America in 2016, has won two ultra-distance National Championships, run for Team USA and is an Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier.
Robert is the craft beer enthusiast and avid home chef. He's been a trail runner since leaving his life as a commercial food photographer in NYC and moving to California to join the wine business.

Wine & Beer
Slated to open in September 2017, we're located in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country. Our focus is on local craft beer and wine with farm to table food sourced primarily from the organic family farms in Santa Ynez Valley. Rooted in the local community, we're proud to support other families like ours that are running independent businesses in this beautiful and bountiful place.
SoCal, and NorCal for that matter, are meccas for craft beer. Although we love a quality IPA as much as the next guy, we're going to give it a twist by focusing on Belgian Barrel-Aged IPAs. We'll be pouring 10 handles of tap beer and a nice selection of bottled beers for here or to go!
We'll be featuring Santa Barbara area wineries and providing great value our customers and friends, including offering several wines on tap. Additionally, we're searching out 'Garagiste' winemakers who create fine limited production wines (occasionally in their garage).

This classic Pinot Noir hails from the revered Santa Rita Hills appellation. Selected by Caroline and Robert Boller, owners of Hill Haven Provisions, the wine celebrates the 2017 Western States® 100 Endurance Run.
The Western States® 100 Mile Endurance Run is the world’s oldest 100 mile race. Considered one of the most competitive ultras on earth, it follows trails crossing the mountains of Lake Tahoe, California. The course spans from Squaw Valley to Auburn ascending 18,000ft and descending 23,000ft.
Robie Point marks mile 99. Here, footsteps painted on the road guide runners off the trail to the finish line at the Placer High School track. It’s this final mile of the race where runners realize they’re going to make it, that all the work they’ve put in has paid off. A time to begin savoring an experience few people in the world can comprehend.
